Management experience and 4+ years of Human Resource experience with a BBA and MS in Marketing.  As Employee Experience Architect, she is working to implement and improve upon current HR processes and procedures including Employee Acquisition, Employee Onboarding and Employee Handbook Policies.

In addition, she oversees the Office Administrators for both of Lafayette’s locations to ensure clear and effective communication channels and streamlined information flow throughout the company.
