- Take R Train to Brooklyn (downtown)
- Get off at 25 Street, Exit near intersection of 25TH ST and 4TH AVE,
- East on 25TH ST towards 5TH AVE,
- Turn right onto 22ND St
- Turn left onto 6TH AVE
- End 715 Sixth Avenue

In the event an emergency arises and service is required, regardless of the time of day:
- Please call our us at office 212-829-0300 or 718-768-0660
- When prompted please press # 6 for our Emergency Response System
- The system will prompt you to leave a voicemail message, please include: Your name, company name, service location, and telephone number
- Our system will automatically dispatch your voice mail message to our on call technicians immediately
- Upon receipt of the message, our on-call technician will immediately contact you to discuss the service requirements and take necessary action to secure and safeguard your property
